After a 21-year career in mortgage, I decided at the end of 2017 to leave the corporate world.  After much soul searching, I knew I wanted to pursue a career assisting people in a more direct and meaningful way.  

We live in a fast paced world, trying to juggle the demands of our employers, our clients, our families, our friends...and if there is any time left over, ourselves.  Our bodies aren’t meant to sit (or stand) hunched over a computer for 8 hours a day. We aren’t meant to sit in gridlock traffic on the daily. It’s a recipe for burnout. Both physical and emotional. I’ve been there.  I’ve also experienced the amazing benefits of massage & bodywork.  And now that I am on the other side of it, I want to share the healing power of therapeutic touch with you. 

I believe, inherently, that the human body can heal itself if given the chance.  In my opinion, a key component to a successful session is listening to and understanding each client's particular needs. 

I find that when my clients actively communicate their needs, we are better able to craft personalized sessions that address their immediate concerns in a safe and sacred space. I take client confidentiality very seriously. I find that active participation in sessions lead to better outcomes and longer lasting results.

My goal is to always leave you better than I found you!

Women of a certain age become invisible. I want to help women remember who they were - before they became mothers, wives, employees, care givers, etc.  I want to help women find the lost parts of themselves and live their best lives NOW!
